- Stop Digging! Stop trading. If you losing money hands over fist stop the damage!

- Assess and accept.
My new account balance is X, I had an account balance of 2X. I'm not going to get this back quickly. Assess what is happening; is it a couple of big bad trades? Or is it something else?

- Review and evaluate.
If you're losing money all the time, what are you doing wrong? Spend loads of time on analyzing what is going wrong.

- Prepare and plan.
You don't want to take too many decisions nor do you want to take decisions on the fly.

- Move forward slowly.

- Adjust, adapt... move:
