What is Disgust? | Feeling Disgusted Emotions in trading and how to control them!

Feeling disgusted is possibly the worst trading emotion you can experience when trading! Sometimes when you're really frustrated and angry and you've gone so far down that path that quite frankly you're disgusted with yourself...Why did i break my rules again?

Why am I persistently doing this? And this is a dangerous place to be because it doesn't help your confidence at all. Is disgust a negative emotion?:
