Dealing with Emotions in Trading. Why should you control emotions while trading? How do you control your emotions when trading? Suppose you miss a trade that you wanted to get in? How does that make you feel. Do you wait? Do you get in anyway? Maybe you decide not to chase and wait because you know that you shouldn't be FOMO'ing into trades but secretly you're there looking frustrated and eagerly looking for the next opportunity just to get back the money that you would have made on the trade that you missed by a few seconds.:
